Direct product help

Batch Mix support.

Start with the troubleshooting path that matches what happened. If you still need help, email Stat Central with the device, app version, and steps needed to reproduce the issue.

Choose the issue

Useful checks before you email.

Apple and Google control billing state. Batch Mix controls the local calculator experience. The right first step depends on which side of that boundary failed.

App will not load

Close and reopen Batch Mix, restart the device, confirm the current store version is installed, and note the last screen you can reach. Do not clear app data before protecting anything you need to keep.

Purchase is pending

Wait for the app store to finish processing, confirm the device is online, and reopen the app. A pending store transaction cannot be completed manually by Stat Central.

Restore is not working

Confirm you are signed into the same Apple or Google store account used for purchase, then use Restore purchase in Batch Mix. Include the store and exact message if it still fails.

Store says unavailable

Confirm your store country or region, device compatibility, and current app-store availability. Send the exact message and a screenshot that contains no sensitive account information.

Saved information is missing

Saved mixes, notes, favorites, and preferences stay on the device. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove them, and Stat Central cannot recover information that was never transmitted.

Calculator result looks wrong

Check the selected unit, final volume, source strength, target strength, and any surfactant displacement. Do not rely on the result until the inputs and authoritative product information are verified.

Accessibility problem

Tell us the screen or control, the device and OS version, and the assistive setting involved. Reports about text size, screen readers, focus order, contrast, and touch targets are welcome.

Need safety context

Review the Safety Guidance. Batch Mix cannot select a safe chemical, concentration, method, PPE plan, or jobsite procedure.

What to include

  • iPhone, iPad, or Android device model.
  • Operating-system and Batch Mix version.
  • The screen or feature involved.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The shortest sequence of steps that reproduces the issue.
  • The exact non-sensitive error message.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card information, store credentials, private customer/jobsite details, dangerous mixing instructions, or a full receipt containing sensitive account information.

What support can and cannot do

Stat Central can help explain Batch Mix behavior and investigate reproducible app problems. Apple and Google control payments, account eligibility, subscription management, and refund decisions. Product labels, SDS, manufacturers, equipment documentation, training providers, and local authorities remain the proper sources for chemical, equipment, and jobsite requirements.
