Who provides Batch Mix
Stat Central LLC provides the Batch Mix mobile app and this website. Privacy questions can be sent to info.statcentral@gmail.com with “Batch Mix privacy” in the subject.
Information stored on your device
Depending on the features you use, Batch Mix stores the following information locally:
- unit preference;
- saved mixes, names, notes, tags, surface or visible-problem context, equipment context, favorites, and whether you would use a mix again;
- tutorial and safety acknowledgements;
- accessibility preferences, including high-contrast settings;
- the remaining free-use count for Surfactant Helper; and
- a bounded local subscription-access hint so the app can behave reasonably when a store is temporarily unavailable.
Stat Central does not receive those local records through the current app. Batch Mix does not require a custom account or sync saved mixes to a Stat Central service.
Store purchases and subscriptions
Apple or Google—not Batch Mix—process subscriptions, payment cards, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restores through your app-store account. Batch Mix receives the store purchase state needed to provide subscription access. Stat Central does not collect or store your payment-card details.
The local subscription hint is not an independent billing record. When store service is available, Apple or Google purchase state controls access.
What the current app does not collect
- No custom account profile, email address, or password.
- No advertising identifier or advertising SDK.
- No custom analytics or crash-reporting service.
- No cross-app tracking.
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera collection by Batch Mix.
- No sale or rental of personal information.
If a future version adds a data-collection service, this policy and the applicable store disclosures will be updated before that version ships.
Retention, deletion, backup, and loss
Local app data remains until you delete it using available app controls, clear app data, or uninstall Batch Mix. Stat Central cannot retrieve or delete information that never leaves your device.
Use available export and deletion controls before clearing data or uninstalling. Android automatic backup is disabled for Batch Mix, and the app does not currently provide a Stat Central cloud backup. Do not rely on cloud recovery for saved mixes.
Apple and Google as store providers
Apple App Store and Google Play operate under their own accounts, privacy policies, security practices, and legal terms. Your store may process purchase, device, location, tax, fraud-prevention, and account information independently of Batch Mix. Review the policy for the store account you use.
Children and international availability
Batch Mix is a professional field utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly request personal information from children.
Batch Mix may be offered through Apple or Google in countries and regions where the relevant store, app version, and subscription products are available. Store availability and legal rights vary by location; this local-first data model remains the same unless a later version and policy state otherwise.
Security limits and responsible use
No storage method is perfectly secure. Protect access to your device and store account. Avoid putting sensitive customer, property, medical, financial, credential, or jobsite information in saved notes or support emails.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, store requirements, or applicable law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when the relevant app behavior becomes available.
